Enough to Eat

Synopsis
The dangers of malnutrition: an analysis of the nation’s diet reveals the appalling lack of public knowledge on elementary points of food value, and the neglect due to misspending and poverty. Interviews with working-class mothers, and various authorities on the different aspects of the nutrition problem, including Herbert Morrison and Viscount Astor, give their views.
