Synopsis: Derek Jarman’s adaptation of Christopher Marlowe’s Jacobean tragedy, which draws out a number of contemporary parallels.

Out of distribution for several years, this film was released on DVD in 2010. DVD extras include bonus film: DEREK’S EDWARD - a documentary featuring interviews with producers Steve Clark-Hall and Antony Root, actor Steven Waddington, cinematographer Ian Wilson and human rights campaigner Peter Tatchell.
