- Provides a guide for governors and teachers in enacting the first requirement of the school curriculum as defined by the Education Reform Act of 1988 to ‘promote the spiritual...development of pupils.' The video is in four trigger sequences: 1) how the term ‘spiritual development’ may be understood; 2) how it can be promoted across the curriculum; 3) the implications for religious education; 4) what the contribution of school worship should be to this area of the curriculum.
