Synopsis
Set in the high snow ranges of the Western Himalayas, the film shows the life and culture of Tibetan and Ladakhi villages: social and religious customs, Buddhist religion and Tibetan script, agriculture; a Tibetan refugee settlement showing handicrafts, and singing; a visit by the Dalai Lama to the children’s village at Dharamsala.
