Synopsis
A biography of Hanayagi Genshu, Japanese feminist and dancer, who shocked traditional elements of Japanese society with her radical politics and avant-garde performances. She was prepared to flout the conventions of her culture. She defied right-wing threats and denounced Emperio Hirohito during his lifetime.
