Synopsis

Documentary about Argentina dealing in particular with the effects of the country’s enormous debt. Traces the relationship between the disastrous economic policies of the military regime and its brutal repression of the people. Suggests that a new coup is threatened if the present democratic government cannot force the population to pay the debts inspired by the IMF and the banks.
