Doctor Knows Best

Synopsis
An investigation into cancer diagnosis, claiming that people with cancer are dying unnecessarily because of lack of GP training in detecting the symptoms. Eight of the nine years of a doctor’s training are spent in a hospital, not in general practice, yet half of all doctors become GPs. This claim is supported by people with cancer who have been diagnosed later than they should have been.
