- Videotaped source material for research purposes: here Niamh Dowling, who trained as a teacher of the Alexander Technique and with Monika Pagneux in Paris, gives a workshop to a group of performers at the London Studio Centre. It is based on the principles of the Alexander technique both as a preparation for work and as a technical basis from which to release performance.
