Design for an Alien World

Synopsis
Tracks some of the development from 1992 to 1997 of a space mission to be launched towards Titan, the largest satellite of Saturn, in October 1997. Follows two experiments being developed at the University of Kent and places them in the context of the vast joint NASA/ESA mission as a whole. Includes comment from Titan experts Toby Owen and Jonathan Lunine, as well as other scientists and engineers on the project.
