Aircrash: The Deadly Puzzle

Synopsis
A study of an air crash investigation, filmed over the course of a year. In June 1992 a Boeing 737, COPA Flight 201, went down in the Panamanian jungle on its way to Colombia. The film follows the painstaking process as investigators and pathologists piece together the evidence from scattered fragments of the aircraft to find the cause of this crash involving the most widely used airliner in the world.
