Synopsis

Compiled from material shot bu Soviet cameramen on the field of battle, the film gives a concentrated picture of the war in Russia, showing how men, women and children rallied to the defence of Moscow. Close-up studies show the nature of the task and uncover evidence of Nazi barbarities as the enemy is driven back to Mozaisk and beyond.
