David Rudkin’s Interrogations

Synopsis
In Autumn 1984, as part of the Birmingham Theatre Festival, David Rudkin was invited by Triangle Arts Centre to host a series of workshops with a small group of new playwrights. Shows the creative processes of the group and Rudkin’s approach to writing plays in which he brings up an image from his subconscious and then interrogates’ the image to discover the nucleus of the play.
