- Synopsis
- During the early 1980s David Hockney abandoned conventional painting to experiment with photographic collages which he termed ‘joiners’. Hockney is seen at his Los Angeles studio creating ‘Fredda Bringing Ann and Me a Cup of Tea’. Also looks at the influence of photographs on Hockney’s paintings and graphic works throughout his career.
