Dambusters

Alternative title
Dambusters’ Raid, The
Synopsis
Uses archive footage and interviews with bomber crews to examining the attacks using the bouncing bomb invented by Sir Barnes Wallis on the Ruhr Valley in May 1943. Suggests that details of the bomb fell into enemy hands and the intended breaching of the Moehne and Sorpe dams was less extensive than newspapers claimed.
