Synopsis
Looks at the development of damask weaving in the north-east of Scotland with examples of patterns to be found in tablecloths and napkins. Also a demonstration by one of the surviving hand weavers of Luthermuir. Shows techniques of weaving on a variety of looms including a demonstration of the jacquard loom.
