Observations on motility, retraction and extension, spontaneous or provoked, in ‘Actinocoryne contractillis’ in a pedunculate and amoeboid shape at normal speed and high speed (10,000 fr:sec). Shows the action of different substances, electromicrographs, animations recapitulating the evolution and role of the microtubules and microfilaments in the motility of ‘Actinocoryne’.
