Synopsis
Cryogenics is the technique concerned with producing, keeping and utilizing very low temperatures obtained by extracting gases, in particular from the air. Shows research being conducted at Air Liquide’s Center for Cryogenics Research. The film does not attempt to deal with the various methods of production of very low temperatures but concerns itself mainly with the applications of cryogenics in biology, physics and space research.
