Cruel Garden, The

Synopsis
'The Cruel Garden’ was first performed in 1977. The drama is inspired by the life and work of Frederico Garcia Lorca. Choreographed by Christopher Bruce, conceived by Lindsey Kemp, the ballet is performed by the Ballet Rambert. A sequence is devoted to ‘Blood Wedding’, realised as a puppet play.
