Crop Pests

Synopsis: Provides examples of crop pests that are representative of the main animal groups. 30 slides are devoted to ‘Insecta’. The remaining slides cover ‘Mollusca’, ‘Mammalia’, ‘Aves’, ‘Arachnida’, ‘Diplopoda and ‘Isopoda’. The pest is depicted, except in cases where only the symptoms are normally seen when these are shown instead, as for example, the cabbage root fly damage on swedes. Most examples are of pests indigenous to the British Isles.
