Craig’s Boot
- Synopsis
- Former Liverpool football player Craig Johnston, who had no formal technology training, experimented with the design of the football boot to produce a moulded rubber boot that would give better contact between the ball and the boot. After an initial rejection by Adidas, the company found that the boot gives 23% more spin and 7% more velocity than an ordinary boot.
