Synopsis

These two 30-minute programmes provide a resource for teachers in mainstream schools who have disabled pupils in their class. They create a forum for teachers’ concerns about what might be expected of them, how they will cope and what support they will receive. Inclusive classroom situations show good practice, case histories and personal testimonies from teachers and pupils. Presents a practical framework for delivering the National Curriculum and managing record keeping, together with strategies for involving staff and parents in formulating inclusion policies.
