- Case study material in which most participants were unaware of the cameras. Demonstrates the contrasts between English and Asian conventions in advice centre interviewing. Useful both for the academic study of cross-cultural communication and for sensitivity awareness in communications skills training. Problems dealt with include benefits and payment of rent, and more general welfare porblems.
