Coping with the Customer

Synopsis
Eight trigger tapes for use by pharmacy students in and exercise in interpersonal skills relating to the law and pharmacy. Each part lasts about a minute. The characters portrayed are played by professional actors: an old lady who has broken her husband’s medicine, an unknown patient asking for Diconal tablets, a night worker with a prescription for Lasix, a vagrant with a prescription for Insulin, a worried mother with some drugs she has found in her home, an angry father who is convinced his daughter has drugs, a pregnant mother asking for aspirin, and a young girl asking for Disprin.
