The cases, which form the basis of law relating to offers, are: Harvery v Facey, Payne v Cave, Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain v Boots Cash Chemists (Southern) Ltd, Harris v Nickerson, Carlill v Carbolic Smoke Ball Company, Court of Appeal - Carlill’s case.
