Conformation Therapy Under Computer Control

Synopsis
Aims to acquaint specialists with the value of computer control applied to tracking teletherapy treatment units. Demonstrates, by means of a real clinical example, the complex, three-dimensional application of radiation required to treat a tortuous tumour of large volume. The advantages of computer control are explained in terms of the need to vary and monitor continuously up to ten parameters indicated by these treatment requirements.
