Conduct at Work. Part 2: A Question of Conduct

Synopsis
Records the proceedings of an industrial tribunal in which Martin Jukes, QC, chairs the panel which hears a case specially constructed to illustrate a number of teaching points about the conduct of such hearings. The programme carries the interest and tension of such occasions - the simulation extends only to the preparation of the case; as in all the programmes in the series the participants themselves do not know what decision will be made until the end of the recording. Part 2 is a disciplinary interview leading to dismissal, conducted according to NHS procedukres.
