Synopsis
Shows the importance of language stimulus in the education of mentally handicapped children, and how parents can help their children. Based on ideas pioneered by Dr Joyce R Ludlow, the film shows the control and exercise of muscles used in breathing and feeding, environmental stimulus, and the growth of language.
