Synopsis
Demonstrates all four of the complex procedures involved in pelvic reconstruction and urogynaecologic surgery to reestablish a normal vaginal axis in cases of varying extremes and areas of pelvic prolapse: 1) vaginal repair of paravaginal defects (WREBS procedure) combined with Nichols urethropexy and sacrospinus ligament fixation; 2) surgical correction of massive pelvic collapse featuring high-traction enterocele above a totally exteriorsed uterus; 3) surgical repair in massive post-hysterectomy posterior vaginal eversion using polytetrafluorethylene suture throughout; 4) anatomical surgical restoration in extreme massive vaginal eversion with huge pulsion enterocele.
