Company of Ants and Bees, The

Synopsis
Professor James Gould of Princeton University investigates ant and bee societies, which have existed for more than 50 million years and look destined to last longer than the human race. A beehive is an efficient industrial community, and insect communication is important to the societies. Insects societies are ruled by collective ‘decisions’. They may have something to teach us about the art of living and working together.
