Synopsis
Produced to herald the 1985-86 appearance of Halley’s Comet. Uses a mixture of VAX/11/750 computer animation, Quantel Paintbox graphics and archive visual material. Note: A new edition of the video taking into account the results of the 1985-86 apparition of the comet, and using enhanced images gathered by the spaceprobes and terrestrial telescopes, was subsequently made available.
