Synopsis
Presents the experiences of six black workers and their views on racism in social work practice. Service providers and practitioners show a lack of awareness of ethnic minority groups; there is a failure to acknowledge cultural diversity and cultural pluralism; it is important to break the language barrier and translate relevant information into different languages.
