Coastal Command

Synopsis
A dramatised wartime documentary presenting the work of the officers and the ordinary men and women of the Coastal Command in the RAF. Follows the fortunes of the Sunderland Flying Boat T-Tommy as it patrols the North Seas, hunting for and attacking German ships. Details an attack on the enemy ship ‘DüUEsseldorf’ sighted between Iceland and Norway. Despite being protected by German planes, the attack is pressed home, and the ship is eventually sunk.
