Synopsis
Three West African enterpreneurs are interviewed and general problems are discussed. Their projects are outlined and the outcome of their ideas shown. The contrast between traditional values and the style required of an industrial manufacturer is discussed. The entrepreneurs illustrate how they have used the larger expatriate companies as stepping stones to their own independent success.
