Synopsis

Dr Christine Page who speaks of the need to re-examine the role of the healthcare professional in the light of new evidence; Dr Rosy Daniel of the Bristol Cancer Help Centre talks about new developments in the understanding of how a positive attitude can boost the immune system; journalist Jane Alexander discusses huge amount of interest in holistic health issues. Other sections cover specific therapies such as aromatherapy, homeopathy, Bach flower remedies, osteopathy, yoga and nutrition. The importance of support groups is stressed.
