Synopsis: Considers important aspects of the effectiveness of heritage presentation. Eavesdrops on different people (two separate school parties, a postgraduate student from Zimbabwe and a British professor of archaeology as they visit three monuments in the Avebury complex. Are existing methods of presentation effective?
