Four groups of A-level students select an area for investigation and indentify a design brief based on visits to the Eurotunnel Information Centre, Shakespeare Cliff, TML and Techpro of Ashford, Kent. Shows the design process and the stages in project management and confirms the significant merits of using learning activities which have a genuine industrial and commercial context.
