Bully: I Just Want It to Stop
- Synopsis
- Explores the experience of Carterton Community College in Oxfordshire, which has adopted a controversial new approach to bullying. Called ‘no blame’ it involves no punishment or blame but revolves around classroom discussion sessions in which a teacher acts as advocate for the bullied child and acts out what it feels like to be victimised. Focuses on three cases to see how it works in practice and hears from the children as they talk about bullying, bullies and their victims.
