- Explores the use of ‘business angels’ as a source of business finance, but notes that they are highly selective and invest in only a small proportion of the proposals they receive. To help entrepreneurs and their advisers to understand what it takes to become ‘investor ready’, the video follows the progress of one proposal that has been considered by a group of business angels. It looks at their investment criteria, the types of question they ask and what information they want to see in an investment proposal. Also discusses why business angels reject proposals in order to aid the entrepreneur in preparing an investment proposal that has a better chance of attracting finance.
