Synopsis
Looks at the organisation and meaning of a Maasai woman’s fertility rite, and the conflict which arose at this particular ceremony with the men of the Maasai village (on the Loita Hills near the Kenya-Tanzania border) whose objections were based on a clash of rights in the area.
