What Does Life Cost?: Gloves in the Community

Synopsis
Glove wearing amongst nurses has increased rapidly over the past few years. It has been recognised as protecting both nurses and patients. Growing concern about the potential spread of infection in blood and body fluids may have influenced the increase in glove wearing, but today in the community there are still nurses who are not given appropriate gloves for various situations. This video explains the dilemma and encourages the setting of standards to improve the waring of gloves.
