Synopsis

'War Pictorial News’ was an official newsreel series which ran throughout the war and for a period after it. Topics in No 275 (August 1946): Lord Mountbatten receives the Freedom of the City of London, the Irgun Zwai Leumi blows up the King David Hotel in Jerusalem and an atomic bomb is tested at Bikini atoll.
