Synopsis

In October 1944, on the anniversary of the Battle of Leipzig, Volkssturm volunteers, addressed by Himmler, prepare for final resistance. Also West and East Front sequences, including American prisoners taken near the German frontier and alleged evidence of Soviet atrocities.
