Synopsis

A programme for training video health staff in ways of handling confrontation and violence. Scenes involve patients, relations, friends and other staff members. Incidents portrayed range from a patient on a ward with an extreme post-anaesthetic reaction, through a fight in an accident/emergency department to a patient-staff confrontation.
