- Synopsis
- Presents examples of reconstructive plastic surgery in which micro-surgical techniques are used in the successful regrafting of limbs and other tissues. Mainly consists of a series of before and after colour transparencies of the benefits of grafts in the treatment of congenital abnormalities, scars and ulcers. A section deals with the use of platelet aggregation studies to monitor the dose of antiplatelet drugs in the post operative period. Little is shown of microvascular surgical techniques and no operative details are demonstrated.
