Synopsis
Video-based training that challenges staff groups to see difficult behaviour as one way in which a person may be trying to communicate something. The programme provides illustrative materials, raises discussion points and shows staff teams working on the issues. Invites staff to try to uncover what needs the person may have that are not being met and to find contructive ways of responding.
