Understanding Aggression
- Synopsis
- Psychologist Roger Ulrich presents the problem of the possible destruction of mankind by means of man’s own aggressive behaviour. Images of man’s aggression as depicted by artists through the ages are presented and footage of the Chicago riots and other illustrative examples of filmed violence are shown. Animal experiments and other research is presented and the film identifies avoidable causes of aggression and suggests possibilities for prediction and control.*
