Synopsis

Footage from British Movietone newsreels. Shows ‘Concorde’ on its inaugural flight from London to New York, the Red Arrows, the Graf Zeppelin. Also show the Vickers ‘Viscount’, de Havilland ‘Comet’, Caledonia ‘Flying Boat’, Supermarine ‘Spitfire’ Hawker ‘Hurricane’ Hughes ‘Spruce Goose’ and the Harrier jump jet. With wartime stories featuring the Lancaster bomber, the ‘Flying Fortress’ and Japanese Kamikaze pilots.
