Them and Us
- Synopsis
- Examines the state of British industry and considers whether the class structure of an average factory has any bearing on poor performance. Shows the changes introduced by the firm of Tannoy Ltd of Coatbridge, Scotland, where the little things that differentiated manual workers, office staff and senior management have been swept away. Contrasts this situation with that of a factory where the traditional ways still apply.
