Synopsis

The Queen’s Bargemaster Ted Hunt, talks about his life. He has been a royal bargemaster since 1977 and has spent all his working life on the River Thames. He reflects on his early days, his duties as the Queen’s Bargemaster, and on the way life on the Thames has changed over the years, especially around the Docklands area. His insights are illuminated by archive footage and some reconstructed material.
