Teamworking Experiment, The

Synopsis: Looks at the value of teamworking by following an experiment gone wrong. A bullying sales director tries to motivate staff using new approach based on teamworking and empowerment, and staff themselves, working in teams, take control. It is later decided that the balance of power has shifted too far and the experiment ends in bitter confrontation.
